eighteen
A reflection on my 17th wonderful circle around the sun. I cannot help but feel humbled and grateful for every experience that I have encountered during this past year. I was blessed to be surrounded with nothing but beautiful human beings - inside and out. I have learned so much about myself in this past year that I could probably write a novel about me (something I would probably do anyways). Since I don’t want to bore all of you with a sappy self reflection, let me just summarize...here’s what I learned in my 17th year of life:
1. I’m still obsessed with bees and beekeeping
2. Be present and put the darn phone down! (Peep a couple posts back!)
3. I still really love myself
4. The cello is so fantastically beautiful (stay tuned!)
5. I think I have hit peak weirdness, it’s only going downhill from here folks, buckle up
6. I somehow got lucky enough to be handed the bestest friends anyone could ask for (cheesy, I know) but like, they constantly put up with me only making my “epic” and “woke” jokes, thanks palz❤️
Anyways, here is to my, as my cousin wrote perfectly, “6th anniversary of turning 12.” I’m stoked to see what this first year of “adulthood” is going to bring.
xoxo
